Come join us for one of Sunrise's biggest fundraisers. Thanksgiving for the Turkeys allows us to celebrate Turkeys. Here at Sunrise we work to help keep Turkeys off the plates this Thanksgiving and allow them a place to live the rest of their natural lives in peace.

About the event
Our Thanksgiving FOR the Turkeys event is our largest fundraiser of the year. We save turkeys from being on a plate and allow them to live the rest of their natural lives in peace and love here at the Sanctuary. In addition to celebrating these magnificent beings, this event helps us to raise money to pay our feed bill for the winter. This is our 17th anniversary of holding this event. Every year, we are thrilled to welcome old friends back and new ones to the family.
We charge admission to this event to raise money for the Sanctuary, but instead of a fixed amount, we are letting you choose the admission price that is right for you by buying a virtual item the animals need and you will have the option to make an additional donation either online or at the event.
